Strong Glutes Barre
This all-levels barre class is dedicated to the glutes muscle group. Building strength and stability both at the barre and on the mat, with or without equipment. The glutes are the stabilizers of our hips and pelvis, making these low-impact exercises ideal for hip flexor mobility and low back support. You'll increase awareness of the three gluteal muscles to mindfully activate them through the glute-mind connection. As always with barre, you will tune into other muscle groups simultaneously, empowering your entire body. Expect full range-of-motion movements as well as micro movements, pulses, holds, some hamstring works, and of course a feel-good stretch. This barre class will build and lift your booty, enhance stability, and leave you feeling strong and powerful in your body.
